Panda Trading Systems has announced that it has officially become a distributor of CBOE Global Markets Data. The news is coming after the company recently made several updates and integrations in its brokerage platform.
The top technology provider said it wants to consolidate its position in the online FX/CFD industry.
With the integration, brokers can now easily access Panda’s data feeds through the extension from CBEO list offering, including US futures, US options, EU and US Equity markets.
A very busy year for Panda Trading Systems
Head of Commercial Operations at Panda Trading Systems, Or Gold, commented about the integration.
According to Gold, Panda has been very busy this year as it tries to expand its operations. He added that before any of the projects came into fruition, there have been an extended amount of research and development.
The integration of the great products made so far is a result of the work the team has put up to ensure a stronger and more efficient system, Gold stated.
Additionally, the integration into Panda’s network improves its day-to-day operations. He pointed out that the document verification module was designed particularly for compliance and back-office.
The integration of OneSignal will offer some important functionalities for marketing while Next Call will be vital in retention, sales, as well as customer support teams.
The Integration Will Improve The Firm’s Operational Capacity
Panda recently partnered with Next Call Al to provide real-time data to clients looking to make important decisions as to the market swings. Before the integration of Next Call, the provider partnered with Google’s Vision Al team, which provides an automated document verification module in Panda CRM. The integration provided easier onboarding with less human intervention and higher throughput.
However, before the company’s alignment with CBOE Global Markets data, it integrated OneSignal, a customer messaging specialist, into its portal. This enabled clients to have access to all the features of the OneSignal messaging service via Panda’s leading CRM product.
But the latest project will be providing a different need. According to the announcement, the project will not be upgrading on any of its flagship products, but will significantly increase the firm’s provisional capacity.
