Brokers will be able to give their clients customized offerings and pricing which will give each client an opportunity to get a pool specific to their needs. Brokers and their clients will not have to settle for the next best option as far as their trading needs are concerned.
Spotex, an FX technologies developer and ECN operator has announced that it is now offering customizable liquidity to brokers and by extension, to their clients. The new offering from Spotext will allow brokers to create custom solutions to their clients by enabling or disabling certain liquidity providers depending on the individual needs and preferences of a particular client.
This service will particularly be of interest to brokers who have previously established solid relationships with liquidity providers of their choice. Brokers can then create liquidity pools for their clients that will only be in an offer to those clients. The new hub created by Spotex runs on the company’s modular broker technology and the technology supports full, front to back office capabilities and low latency trade executions.
A-book brokers who have clients who require direct market access will have a high interest in the liquidity pools offered by Spotex. The technology offered by Spotex would also be of interest to money managers who employ analytic tools to determine LPs that provide them and their clients with the best fill rates. The market as a whole will benefit from Spotex’s customizable trading offerings and it is likely to give incentive to more people who would like to engage in the trading of liquidities.
John Miesner, Senior Managing Director of Spotex LLC, said that they are excited to roll out the new offering which was developed in close collaboration with key broker clients. A new liquidity hub can be set up by a broker who has to select from a list of liquidity providers which are available through Spotex’s prime brokers and/or prime of prime brokers. The firm is also able to integrate a custom prove feed for the offerings selected.
